It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
It loads nothing from third parties: no web fonts, no CDNs, no embeds. Everything comes from this site.
There are no forms and no accounts, so we do not collect names, email addresses or any other personal data here.
Like any web server, ours may keep ordinary access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are not used for profiling and are not shared.
The Donate links take you to bytrendsltd.com, a separate website run by By Trends LTD, which has its own privacy information and may link on to payment providers.

TaxiCRM runs entirely on your own server. By Trends LTD does not receive your data, does not host it, and cannot see it.
It makes no outbound connections: no telemetry, no update checks, no licence checks, and no third-party services for things like IBAN validation or QR codes.
You are the data controller for the personal data you store in it, such as drivers' identity documents, bank details and customers' phone numbers. That means you are responsible for having a lawful basis, keeping it secure, honouring people's rights, and complying with the data-protection law that applies to you (for example the GDPR in the EU).
